Patrick Hotze

Patrick Hotze is a founding partner of Hotze Runkle PLLC, which he established in 2007 with Ryan Runkle. Patrick received both his undergraduate and law degree from The University of Texas at Austin.

From day one of his legal career, Patrick has represented injured victims. Since the founding of Hotze Runkle PLLC, the firm has collected more than $100,000,000 in compensation for its clients. Hotze Runkle PLLC has successfully represented thousands of clients across the country for a variety of different injuries.

Hotze Runkle PLLC represents plaintiffs in cases involving catastrophic injuries, asbestos exposure, nursing home abuse, dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, and defective medical devices.

Outside the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Patrick is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Patrick is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Christian Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice (AAJ), and AAJ’s Nursing Home Litigation Group.
